How to Order

A step by step guide on how to place an order with us.

Step 1

Select Item

Select the product you want to purchase
Select the sticker colour if its a sticker print

Step 2

Customisation Notes

Once you have selected the product
Add a customisation note if its needed. This can be a name , small quote etc.

Note : Each product has limitations in text that can be added.

Step 3

Add to Cart

Click on add to cart by selecting the quantity of the product you want.

Step 4

Proceed to Checkout

Click on view cart and proceed to checkout
Enter the delivery details at the checkout menu
Click on place order to confirm the order

Note : Shipping charges will be displayed when the delivery details are entered.

Step 5

Payment

Currently we only support bank transfer as the payment method.
Once order is placed you will get the bank details to make the payment.
Once the payment is made DM or email us at mugitprints@gmail.com with the payment proof and the order ID

Step 6

Design Confirmation

Based on the provided customisation details our team will reach out to you via email with a mockup of the design and get it confirmed.
Once design is confirmed we will print and dispatch the order.

Note : During seasonal time there can be delays in the process so please order in advance.
